This is an opportunity for you to submit information concerning new and emerging topics that you think the NIHR Horizon Scanning Centre should know about. Please fill in as many details as you can, but do not worry if you leave some sections blank. Once we receive the information we will investigate the topic and consider its likely UK relevance and significance to patients and the health service.

Brief description of how the product works, class of drug, route of administration, and its intended purpose e.g. prevention, screening, diagnosis, curative treatment, induction of remission, palliation, rehabilitation aid.
Is the product already available in the UK? Is the product used within the NHS in the UK?
				Does the product have a CE mark if it needs one? What are the EU licensing and/or launch plans?
What is new or innovative about the product? Is it from a new drug class or type of medical device?
Comment on the topic’s potential to impact on: safety profile, acceptability and compliance, 
				quicker or more accurate diagnosis, targeted therapy, patient outcomes, service delivery, and/or health service costs and savings.
